The Prickett Family acquired the Red Caboose Motel in 2016 and has been working tirelessly over the last ten years to restore and preseve this iconic property. Under their stewardship, the property has received extensive updates including a new name and menu for the restaurant (Casey Jones'), new room aesthetics including a fully ADA accessible caboose, all-new gift shop with must-have merchandise, a state-of-the-art theatrical and wedding venue, and in 2026, an expansion from 9-acres to a sprawling 26.
